A weekly ongoing small addiction therapy group for people seeking to achieve and/or maintain recovery from addictive substances or behaviours –
The main objective of the group is to help people achieve and maintain ongoing recovery from addiction.
Tuesdays 7:30 pm to 9 pm
£25 per week
The therapy group is facilitated by Andrew Harvey, an experienced addictions therapist and counsellor. Andrew is qualified and experienced in working with clients struggling with addiction. He has worked in both private practice and residential rehab settings (Including for The Priory Group), both one to one with clients and as a group facilitator.
Addiction Therapy Groups are one of the main methods of helping people with addiction problems. Used in rehabs worldwide and with a strong evidence base, they offer people the chance to learn, change and achieve their objectives. Group participation is subject to the group agreement, group therapy contact and at the discretion of the group facilitator To join the group, a one-off, telephone or face 2 face session (up to 40 minutes) is required with the group facilitator this is charged at £25 (the fee is only charged if both parties feel the group is suitable).
