You may or may not believe, or even know, whether what you are struggling with is an addiction, a problem or a habit, and the first thing you may want to do is explore the true nature of the issue. It can be a big step making contact for help with the issues you are struggling with, but it is my hope that once you do, you will see that you have taken the first step towards improving your situation. I will not judge you; it is my belief that people do not set out to end up with addictive issues. I believe that by seeking help you are already demonstrating that you don’t want to be in the situation you find yourself in – you want things to change.
